I strongly believe that people are at the core of any organization. In my role as HR Consultant, I have had the privilege of working closely with various teams across the Workforce platform to drive meaningful change and transformation for our clients and our workforce.

Over the last two years, I have had the opportunity to develop my expertise across a range of topics and client areas, from People in Deals, where I supported HR due diligence and carve-out projects, to Workforce Intelligence, where I was privileged to be part of the change management team for a global client and apply my people analytics skills, to HR Strategy, Systems, Processes and Compliance, where I contributed to the development of HR strategies and the analysis and optimisation of HR processes. My passion for fostering a positive culture and effective leadership has led me to design and deliver training programmes and develop learning pathways that enable individuals to reach their full potential.

I am always open to learning and new experiences and actively seek opportunities to expand my network and connect with like-minded professionals who share similar interests and values.
