F\u00fcr diese Messe werde ich in Zukunft zust\u00e4ndig sein und ich freue mich auf die kommenden Aufgaben. Ich sch\u00e4tze es sehr, dass ich diese M\u00f6glichkeit hatte und dadurch sehen konnte, auf was ich das kommende Jahr hinarbeiten werde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selbst Verantwortung zu \u00fcbernehmen wird beim HRM Institute gro\u00dfgeschrieben und auch wir Azubis erfahren dies immer wieder in unserer t\u00e4glichen Arbeit. Von Anfang an wurde ich herzlich in das Team aufgenommen und durfte verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Ausbildung, bei der man Einblicke in diverse Bereiche bekommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einer dieser Bereiche ist beispielsweise die Messeorganisationsabteilung. In dieser Abteilung haben die Auszubildenden die M\u00f6glichkeit die verschiedenen Phasen der Messevorbereitung kennenzulernen bis hin zur Durchf\u00fchrung der Messe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu guter Letzt kann ich nur sagen, dass die Ausbildung zur Veranstaltungskauffrau\/-mann hier beim HRM Institute sehr viel Spa\u00df gemacht hat und ich diese nur Zusammenarbeit und Diversit\u00e4t spielen eine entscheidende Rolle und sind Eckpfeiler f\u00fcr die dynamischen und lebhaften Fachmessen sowie Basis des beruflichen Alltags. Talente und F\u00e4higkeiten jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters werden schnell erkannt und von der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung stetig individuell gef\u00f6rdert, sei es durch interne Schulungen oder externe Weiterbildungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e4rken werden gest\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Erfolg vom HRM Institute liegt im Mut zu Change-Prozessen; der Motivation sich st\u00e4ndig verbessern und weiterentwickeln zu wollen sowie der Begeisterung daran, mit vielen interessanten Menschen coole Projekte zu verwirklichen. Bereits w\u00e4hrend meiner Ausbildung habe ich unglaublich viele Verantwortungsbereiche \u00fcbernommen und wurde stets gefordert, aber auch gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meine heutige Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit fu\u00dft auf dem Wissen, dass ich dem Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer zu verdanken habe. Er hat mich viel \u00fcber Entscheidungen, Verantwortung und eine positive Fehlerkultur gelehrt. Es beeindruckt mich heute noch, dass Mitarbeiter gleich welchen Geschlechts, woher sie auch kommen oder wie alt sie sind, die gleiche Ausgangsbasis haben. Selten habe ich ein Unternehmen erlebt, dass seinen Mitarbeitern alle Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten bietet \u2013 jenseits von Hierarchien und Herkunft. Wer keine Angst vor dem Kunden hat und die Dienstleistung am Kunden (Vertrieb) nicht als \u00dcbel, sondern als Chance wahrnimmt, hat Gl\u00fcck, wenn er hier mit anpacken darf.
