Allgemeine Teilnahmebedingungen für Aussteller

HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG

Rheinkaistraße 2 | 68159 Mannheim | Deutschland

1. Anmeldung

20. Vorbehalt, Absage, Verschiebung

HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG | November 2020

8. Am Veranstaltungsort/vor Ort auf der Messe

Registration for participation in the event and the booking of additional services shall be made exclusively by submitting the completed registration form, signed in a legally binding manner, which must be received in due time by the organiser, HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinkaistraße 2, 68159 Mannheim (hereinafter referred to as “HRM Institute”), with acceptance of these Terms of Participation. The registration is binding irrespective of admission. Conditions or reservations attached to the registration are not permitted and shall be deemed not to have been made.

The registration remains binding for a period of 4 weeks after its receipt by the organiser. The registration deadline for each event is set out in the enclosed Special Terms of Participation.

2. Acceptance of Registration

The exhibitor will be admitted:

  • subject to the exhibition space available, and
  • provided that the exhibitor meets the requirements set out in these General Terms of Participation and in the Special Terms of Participation, and
  • provided that the exhibitor’s exhibits are in keeping with the overall framework and concept of the event.

Exhibitors who have not fulfilled their financial obligations from previous events may be excluded from admission. The contract between HRM Institute and the exhibitor is concluded when the confirmation of admission is sent. If the exhibitor has not received the hall plan showing its stand location prior to booking, a plan showing the location and dimensions of the stand will be enclosed with the confirmation of admission. HRM Institute shall not be liable for any discrepancies in dimensions or for any resulting differences between the planned and the actual size of the stand. HRM Institute reserves the right, in deviation from the admission, to allocate the exhibitor a stand in a different location, to relocate or close entrances, passageways and exits to the exhibition grounds and halls, and to make other structural changes, insofar as HRM Institute has a substantial interest in such measures due to special circumstances. Once admission has been granted by HRM Institute, registrations and the obligation to pay the participation fee remain legally binding, even if, for example, the competent authorities do not grant the exhibitor’s import requests or do not grant them in full, the exhibits do not arrive at the event in time (e.g. due to loss, transport or customs delays) or do not arrive at all, or entry visas for the exhibitor or its representative are not available in time. With regard to the scope of services covered by the participation fee, reference is made to the Special Terms of Participation. If the exhibitor has commissioned HRM Institute to provide chargeable services outside the scope of the Special Terms of Participation, the costs incurred will be invoiced to the exhibitor. Stands will be handed over to the exhibitor or its representative before the start of the event. Stands that are not taken over by the exhibitor or its representatives as agreed may be allocated otherwise, without the exhibitor being entitled to assert any claims beyond the rights set out in Clause 8. HRM Institute is entitled to revoke the admission if it was granted on the basis of incorrect assumptions or information, or if the requirements for admission subsequently cease to apply.

3. Allocation of Stand Space

Stand space is allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. The exhibitor has no entitlement to a stand of a particular size or in a particular location. Even after admission, the exhibitor has no entitlement to the location of its stand. In particular, HRM Institute may reduce the number of square metres registered if the available exhibition space is oversubscribed, or increase it by a maximum of 15%.

4. Sub-exhibitors

As a rule, stand space is only made available as a whole and to one exhibitor only. That exhibitor is only entitled to accommodate sub-exhibitors on its stand, who must be named in advance, with the prior written consent of HRM Institute. Sub-exhibitors are all companies that exhibit or appear on the stand alongside the main exhibitor with their own staff and their own products. They are also deemed to be sub-exhibitors if they have close economic or organisational ties with the main exhibitor. HRM Institute will only grant its consent to sub-exhibitor status once the sub-exhibitors concerned have accepted the General Terms of Participation in writing. The sub-exhibitor is subject to the same provisions as the main exhibitor. Additionally represented companies are those whose goods or services are offered by an exhibitor without themselves having exhibitor status. Otherwise, advertising or promotion for companies that have not been admitted is strictly prohibited. The main exhibitor is liable for any fault on the part of its sub-exhibitors and their vicarious agents as for its own fault and that of its own vicarious agents. The main exhibitor and the sub-exhibitors are jointly and severally liable to HRM Institute.

5. Marketing Package/Registration

Exhibitors and sub-exhibitors/additionally represented companies are obliged to pay HRM Institute a marketing package/registration fee as stated in the registration form and the Special Terms of Participation.

6. Grant of Rights of Use for Presentations/Panel Discussions

By booking a presentation in any format offered at the booked event (presentation, panel discussion, pitch, etc.), the speaker/exhibitor consents to the recording (video and audio) and use of the presentation material (summary and slides) and grants HRM Institute the non-exclusive right, unlimited in time and territory, to use the material for the purposes described below, including the right to distribute the material and make it publicly available for these purposes. HRM Institute may publish the content provided on its own websites or platforms (e.g. the event website, HRM.de/at/ch, digital-recruiter.com). This right is granted to HRM Institute only and may not be transferred further without the consent of the speaker/exhibitor. The grant also includes the right to edit the material, provided that the editing does not distort it.

The speaker/exhibitor warrants that it is the owner of the copyright or the holder of the exclusive rights of use in the aforementioned material and is entitled to grant the aforementioned rights, and that the content it provides is free of third-party rights. Should the exhibitor become aware that third-party rights exist in the content it has provided, the exhibitor undertakes to notify HRM Institute of this without delay. In such a case, HRM Institute shall be indemnified against any claims by the author.

7. Terms of Payment

Following admission, the exhibitor is obliged to pay 50% of the stand rental and 50% of the marketing package/registration fee as a deposit. The remaining 50% of the stand rental and of the marketing package/registration fee must be paid upon receipt of the invoice, but no later than six weeks before the start of the trade fair. The invoice for additional (advertising) services ordered by the exhibitor must be paid by the date stated on the invoice. If the payment deadline is not met, HRM Institute is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to dispose of the stand space or the (advertising) service otherwise. Where the stand space or the (advertising) service has been allocated otherwise, Clause 8 of the General Terms of Participation shall apply accordingly.

8. Assignment, Set-off, Right of Retention

The assignment of claims against HRM Institute, any set-off against the participation fee and the exercise of a right of retention are excluded.

9. Withdrawal

HRM Institute is entitled to withdraw from the contract if an application has been filed for the opening of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against the exhibitor’s assets. The exhibitor must inform HRM Institute of this without delay. Once admission has been granted, the exhibitor may not withdraw from the contract. If the exhibitor nevertheless decides not to occupy the stand space allocated to it or not to use the advertising service/sponsorship it has booked, it must still pay the full participation fee. In order to preserve the overall appearance of the event, HRM Institute is entitled to assign the unoccupied stand to another exhibitor or to make other appropriate use of the stand. The same applies to the necessary covering of vacant advertising space with another advertising service; here, too, the payment obligation remains in force. If no replacement exhibitor can be found, the stand space or advertising service may, if necessary, also be used free of charge. Only in the event that the stand space is actually re-let (which is only the case if all stand spaces had already been allocated at the time of cancellation and a new exhibitor could only be admitted as a result of the original exhibitor’s cancellation) is the original exhibitor entitled to a refund of the stand rental alone, excluding the marketing package and registration fee, less the additional costs caused by the cancellation for replanning, new acquisition, etc. These additional costs are set at a flat rate of 40% of the original exhibitor’s stand fees. The original exhibitor expressly retains the right to prove that the re-letting actually resulted in lower additional costs or in none at all.

10. Inviting Visitors to the Events

The events organised by HRM Institute are exclusively professional events for clearly defined target groups of (trade) visitors. Admission tickets purchased by exhibitors or sponsors, or provided free of charge by the organiser and used, for example, to invite (potential) customers/visitors, likewise only entitle the holder to enter the event if the (trade) visitor meets the (trade) visitor admission criteria of the event in question. HRM Institute expressly reserves the right to refuse visitors entry to the event if they do not belong to the target group of the event in question.

11. Animals

Animals are not permitted in the exhibition halls. Guide dogs are the only exception to this rule.

12. Exhibits

Strong-smelling or flammable exhibits/services, or exhibits/services whose demonstration involves noise, may only be exhibited with the prior consent of HRM Institute. Exhibits may not be removed for the duration of the event.

13. Operation of the Stand

The exhibitor undertakes to lay, or have laid, floor covering on the stand space allocated to it. The exhibitor further undertakes to separate its stand with partition walls if it directly adjoins another stand space or the edge of the event area or hall area. In addition, the exhibitor undertakes to stock the stand with the registered goods for the entire duration of the trade fair/exhibition and, unless the stand has been expressly rented as a representation stand, to keep it staffed with competent personnel. No stand may be cleared in whole or in part before the end of the trade fair. Exhibitors in breach of this obligation undertake to pay a contractual penalty amounting to half of the stand rental. The relevant requirements and stand construction regulations are set out in the Technical Guidelines.

14. Stand Design and Stand Construction Limits

Exhibits may be placed up to the aisle boundary. Control panels, operators and the like must be located within the stand boundaries at all times. Approximately 30% of each open side may be “built up” with closed walls. Exceptions to this rule require the approval of HRM Institute. It must be ensured that the attractiveness of opposite and neighbouring stands is not impaired. HRM Institute is entitled to have stand construction elements that have not been approved or permitted removed or altered at the exhibitor’s expense and risk. Further details are set out in the Technical Guidelines (4.3.3).

15. Advertising

Advertising of any kind, in particular the distribution of printed promotional material and approaching visitors, is only permitted within the stand. The distribution of printed promotional material or information for the purpose of self-promotion outside the stand requires the written approval of the trade fair management.

16. Booking of Additional Advertising Services and Sponsorships

a) The booked additional advertising services/sponsorships are governed by the General Terms of Participation, the price list applicable at the time, the services defined in the current year’s promotional flyer and the order confirmation issued by HRM Institute. HRM Institute reserves the right to reject bookings of additional advertising services and sponsorships, including individual advertisements within a framework agreement, at its own discretion. The rejection will be communicated accordingly.

b) Specific placements of additional advertising services tied to a particular place and time cannot be granted unless this has been expressly agreed in writing. In general, HRM Institute reserves the right to withdraw from the performance of services already booked for technical or other reasons, without the exhibitor/registrant being entitled to any compensation.

c) As a rule, HRM Institute cannot comply with requests to exclude competitors, unless the exclusion of competitors is part of the advertising service itself. Text advertisements and advertisements that are not recognisable as advertising due to their design will be marked as “Advertisement”.

d) Where HRM Institute produces the advertising service/sponsorship itself, it guarantees a technically flawless print reproduction. Slight variations in tone are due to the tolerances of the printing process. Unsuitable or damaged print materials will be returned to the exhibitor. If any defects in the print materials are not immediately apparent but only become evident during printing, the exhibitor shall have no claims in the event of an unsatisfactory print. HRM Institute accepts no liability for changes requested by telephone. Proofs will only be supplied upon express request. If the exhibitor does not return proofs or corrections by the advertising deadline or by another date specified by HRM Institute, approval for printing shall be deemed to have been given. The obligation to retain print materials ends 3 months after the booked service has appeared. The booking and the payment obligation remain legally binding even if print materials/artwork were not received by HRM Institute in time.

e) The exhibitor shall bear the costs of producing print materials/final artwork. In the event of late delivery of print materials, the exhibitor shall bear any additional costs incurred. The exhibitor guarantees HRM Institute that the content of the booked advertising services/sponsorships does not violate any statutory provisions and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

17. Transport

Only the official forwarding agent approved by HRM Institute is permitted to transport exhibits on the exhibition grounds and to handle their forwarding. The costs of the official forwarding agent shall be borne by the exhibitor and paid directly to the official forwarding agent.

18. Insurance and Liability

Insuring the exhibits against all risks during transport and during the event, in particular against damage, theft, etc., is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor is liable for all damage caused to third parties by its participation in the exhibition, including damage to buildings on the exhibition grounds and their fittings. HRM Institute shall under no circumstances be liable for personal injury or damage to property. In particular, HRM Institute shall not be liable for damage to or theft of exhibits, even if it has taken on the stand construction or decoration in an individual case. By accepting these Terms of Participation, the exhibitor furthermore expressly indemnifies HRM Institute against any legal claims by third parties. All claims of the exhibitor against HRM Institute become time-barred within 6 months. The limitation period begins at the end of the month in which the last day of the event falls.

19. Circulars

Once their stand space has been confirmed, exhibitors will be informed by circular about matters relating to the preparation and running of the event. The exhibitor alone shall be responsible for any consequences arising from failure to observe these circulars.

20. Reservation, Cancellation, Postponement

HRM Institute is entitled to postpone, shorten, extend or cancel the event and to close it temporarily or permanently, in part or in full, if unforeseeable events require such a measure. In the event of postponement, shortening, extension, closure or cancellation, as well as in all cases of force majeure, the exhibitor has no right to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages. In the event of such a cancellation of the event, HRM Institute shall not be liable for any damage or other disadvantages suffered by the exhibitor as a result.

In the event of a postponement or cancellation where the “Best Price Package” has been booked, the exhibitor is obliged, at the request of HRM Institute, to make the following payments, as participation in the above-mentioned event series includes the following package of services provided by the organiser. The following amounts fall due at the following intervals before the event:

  • Upon registration: 35% of the participation fee, covering: establishment of basic requirements, preliminary planning, design planning, sales, marketing concept and marketing implementation planning for the above-mentioned event.
  • 3 months before the start of the event: a further 30% of the participation fee, covering: trade visitor promotion, approval planning, preparation of and assistance with the award of contracts, stand construction planning, planning and implementation of the programme and content of the above-mentioned event.
  • One week before the start of the event: a further 35% of the participation fee, covering: running the event, implementation of the stand construction including graphic services where applicable [depending on the package booked], supervision of execution and project management.

Where the “Guarantee Account Package” has been booked, and notwithstanding the above agreement, the exhibitor has the agreed option of withdrawing from the contract in the event of postponement or cancellation by the organiser or the authorities, e.g. in the case of pandemics or force majeure, and, as agreed, will receive a full refund of the deposits paid within 4 weeks.

At the request of HRM Institute, the exhibitor is obliged to pay a maximum of 50% of the participation fee by 6 months before the start of the event, a maximum of 65% of the participation fee by 3 months before the start of the event, and 100% of the participation fee by 4 weeks before the start of the event.

If HRM Institute itself is responsible for the cancellation of the event, no costs will be charged.

21. Technical Guidelines

The exhibitor will be provided with the Technical Guidelines of HRM Institute as well as all provisions and guidelines relating to the exhibition grounds, which the exhibitor must take note of and accept as binding. In individual cases, the General Terms and Conditions of the exhibition venue shall take precedence. The Technical Guidelines and the General Terms and Conditions of the exhibition venue are made available together with access to the exhibitor manual and the standard trade fair order forms. On request, the Technical Guidelines and the General Terms and Conditions of the exhibition venue will also be sent by the contractual partner.

22. Data Collection, Processing and Use

The exhibitor agrees that its personal and company data may be collected, stored and processed by HRM Institute and disclosed to contractual partners of HRM Institute for the purpose of providing services in connection with its participation in the trade fair. Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy: https://www.hrm.de/institute/datenschutz/.

23. Final Provisions/Place of Jurisdiction

This contract contains all agreements made between the parties. No further oral agreements have been made. Amendments to and termination of the contract must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The mutual rights and obligations arising from this contractual relationship are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Mannheim. This place of jurisdiction also applies to actions brought by HRM Institute against the registrant arising from representation without authority. The General Terms of Participation were drawn up in German and translated into other languages. In case of doubt or in the event of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail for both contracting parties.

HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG | November 2020

General Terms and Conditions for Visitors (Ticket Orders)

The organiser of the trade fairs, conferences and online events for which admission tickets are ordered via our ticket shops is HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinkaistraße 2, 68159 Mannheim (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”). Organisation, implementation and invoicing are carried out by the Organiser.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Business (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to the electronic ordering of all types of admission tickets of the Organiser (hereinafter referred to as “Admission Tickets”) on the respective event website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time; such amendments take effect as soon as they have been published on this Website. The Organiser also reserves the right, at its own discretion and without prior notice, to discontinue or modify the Website in whole or in part.

By placing an order, the person ordering or purchasing Admission Tickets (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) accepts these GTC. Any deviating terms of the Customer shall not apply.

Admission Tickets are issued exclusively using the print@home method. With print@home, the Customer conveniently prints out the ticket themselves, which can save time and money. All the Customer needs is a standard printer and ordinary A4 paper. For this purpose, after a successful order and/or purchase, the Organiser sends the Customer an e-mail with the ticket in PDF format to the e-mail address provided during registration.

1. Contracting Parties

The Organiser is also the issuer of the Admission Tickets. Through the free order or purchase of Admission Tickets, contractual relationships are established exclusively between the respective Customer and the Organiser.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The Customer submits an offer to conclude a contract by sending the offer entered in the order form, in particular the relevant type of Admission Ticket (day ticket, full-event ticket), a correctly entered e-mail address and billing address and all data required for payment processing, by clicking the corresponding buttons. After successfully ordering (in the case of free Admission Tickets) or purchasing and paying online, the Customer receives a confirmation from the Organiser by e-mail together with PDF files for printing out the Admission Tickets on a home computer using the print@home method.

3. Return of Paid Admission Tickets/Right of Withdrawal

Purchased, stolen, damaged or destroyed Admission Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Every order of Admission Tickets is therefore binding immediately upon confirmation by the Organiser and obliges the Customer to accept and pay for the Admission Tickets ordered, in accordance with German distance selling law, Section 312b(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB). Withdrawal from the contract is likewise excluded. If the person who placed the order is unable to attend, they may nominate a substitute participant. The only exception applies to Admission Tickets for (a) cancelled or (b) postponed events. In these cases, the original Customer is entitled to a refund of the price actually paid. Admission Tickets then do not need to be returned but are automatically declared invalid. Where the Organiser receives information about cancelled or changed event dates, the Organiser will inform Customers by e-mail without delay, provided the Customer has entered a valid e-mail address when ordering. Any further claims are excluded.

If an Admission Ticket is lost, the purchase price cannot be refunded. If the print@home ticket was not delivered due to an incorrect e-mail address, please contact info@hrm.de. We will get in touch with you immediately and arrange for it to be resent to the correct address.

4. Prices and Prohibition of Commercial Use

Prices for Admission Tickets are always subject to change, include the applicable statutory VAT and are shown on the respective Website. The purchase of Admission Tickets for the purpose of resale is generally prohibited.

5. Terms of Payment

The total amount including VAT is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Online orders are paid via PayPal or, where offered in the ticket shop, by bank transfer. If the Customer does not wish to use any of the payment options offered, online pre-registration for paid Admission Tickets is not possible. The Customer still has the option of registering on site on the day of the event and paying in cash or by credit card at the trade fair, but will then not benefit from the print@home function, lower prices and fast entry to the trade fair. The Admission Tickets remain the property of the Organiser until paid in full. If a payment is charged back, the tickets will automatically be declared invalid. When paying via PayPal, the Customer does not need their own PayPal account. During the ordering process, the Customer is free to pay by credit card, direct debit or from their PayPal account. Further information on the PayPal payment system is available at www.paypal.com. All amounts are due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract, without deduction. Invoices are issued by HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinkaistraße 2, 68159 Mannheim, VAT ID DE285221795. The invoice is sent to the Customer as a PDF file after the confirmation. By ordering Admission Tickets, the Customer agrees to invoices being issued and sent electronically. There is no entitlement to an invoice in paper form. If you have any questions about payment and/or invoicing, please contact HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG directly (e-mail: info@hrm.de).

6. Entry for Trade Visitors/Trade Participants Only

Events of HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG are aimed exclusively at trade visitors and trade participants. The Organiser therefore reserves the right to carry out reasonable checks of trade visitor status and to refuse entry to visitors from other professions. This also applies retrospectively if an Admission Ticket has already been purchased online. In such cases, we charge a transaction fee of EUR 10.00 for the refund of the Admission Ticket.

7. print@home Method (Applies to All Admission Tickets Ordered/Purchased)

Admission Tickets are sent at the Customer’s risk by e-mail as PDF file(s) together with the confirmation e-mail at the time the contract is concluded. Immediately upon receipt, the Customer is obliged to check the PDF documents for accuracy and completeness (i.e. in particular the name of the event, date, time, price and quantity, and the participant’s name) and to report any complaints to the Organiser. The Customer will then receive a replacement free of charge in exchange for returning the PDF Admission Tickets already sent, provided that any complaints are notified to the Organiser in writing by e-mail within 7 working days (e-mail: info@hrm.de), as Admission Tickets are personalised and non-transferable. Delivery of the ordered Admission Ticket(s) under the print@home method takes place at the Customer’s end by printing out the Admission Tickets sent electronically to the Customer. The Customer may make only one printed copy of each Admission Ticket for its intended use; the Customer is otherwise not entitled to reproduce, copy or alter the printed Admission Ticket in any form whatsoever. A print@home Admission Ticket that has been copied or resold without authorisation does not entitle the holder to attend the event. The single-use barcode on the document is invalidated electronically by barcode scanner at the venue. It is therefore impossible for additional persons to gain access to the event with the same barcode, e.g. by copying the barcode. Should copies of a print@home Admission Ticket appear, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse access to the event to the holders of the copies or to the holder of the print@home Admission Ticket copied without authorisation. The Organiser further reserves the right to demand that the Customer whose ticket was copied without authorisation pay the total value of the copied print@home Admission Tickets. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by the unauthorised copying or misuse of print@home Admission Tickets. Like cash or conventional tickets, print@home Admission Tickets should be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse. The Organiser accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the loss and/or misuse of Admission Tickets.

8. At the Venue/On Site at the Trade Fair

a. Audio, Photo and Video Recordings

For copyright reasons, trade visitors are prohibited from making photo, audio and video recordings at the venue. If persons commissioned by the Organiser take photographs and/or make audio recordings during the event, by attending the event visitors grant unrestricted rights of use and publication with regard to audio, photo and video recordings across all sales and distribution channels.

b. Name Badge

Admission Tickets are personalised and consist of an information section and a name badge. The name badge serves as the trade visitor’s identification on site, entitles the holder to enter the event and must therefore always be worn clearly visible. It contains the following personal data from the online order placed via the Website: first name, last name, position and company name. The name badge also includes a barcode for access authorisation, which is checked and invalidated electronically by the Organiser at the venue using a barcode scanner. In addition, the Admission Ticket contains a QR code with a vCard, in which the visitor’s electronic business card with their personal data from the online registration is stored in encoded form. Specifically, this comprises company, street, postcode, town/city, country, salutation, title, first name, last name, position, e-mail address and telephone number.

9. Liability and Damages

The Organiser shall have unlimited liability for damage suffered by the Customer and/or the registered person only if such damage is attributable to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on its part. In the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty, the Organiser shall only be liable for breaches of its essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, the Organiser’s liability is limited to the direct damage typical for the contract and foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. This also applies to breaches of duty by the Organiser’s legal representatives and/or vicarious agents. Liability for culpable injury to life, body or health remains unaffected by this limitation of liability. The Organiser will endeavour, as far as technically possible, to keep the Website free of errors and interruptions, but gives no guarantee to that effect. Nor does the Organiser give any guarantee that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any liability in this respect is likewise excluded.

10. Use of this Website

The Customer undertakes to use this Website exclusively for the purpose of purchasing Admission Tickets. Setting up deep links to this Website, for any purpose whatsoever, is prohibited without express permission. The Customer undertakes not to use any robot or spider software and not to attempt in any other way (automated or manual) to monitor or copy this Website and its content. The Customer further undertakes not to interfere with the proper functioning of this Website in any way whatsoever, in particular not by deliberately overloading the Organiser’s system infrastructure. The Organiser will investigate any illegal and/or unauthorised use of this Website, in particular unauthorised Admission Tickets, unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website, or the unauthorised use of any robot, spider or other software, and will take appropriate civil and criminal legal action.

11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The mutual rights and obligations arising from this contractual relationship are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the Organiser’s registered office, Mannheim.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Data Protection

Information on the processing of your personal data when ordering Admission Tickets and when holding the event can be found in our privacy policy: https://www.hrm.de/institute/datenschutz/.

Conditions générales de participation des exposants

HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG

Rheinkaistraße 2 | D-68159 Mannheim | Germany

1. Inscription

2. Conclusion du contrat
